Recovery from surviving backups.
The previous AWS server and its disk are unavailable. We have restored the experiments on a replacement server using verified local backups. Original surviving records and import receipts are preserved.
External checks confirmed all five services are reachable. Wikipedia, shared chess and Browser Lab streams showed advancing state over public WebSocket connections. The learning checkpoint and exported record hashes validated, and all 26 authenticated Play the fish acceptance checks passed. The historical gaps described below remain unchanged.
Where each experiment resumes
These are the imported starting points, not current live counters. The replacement services can advance beyond them.

How to interpret new records
This restart uses recovery lineage local-backup-recovery-20260916. New generations and game progress continue from the imported state. They do not reconstruct the missing interval from the old server, and identical counter values from different runs should not be treated as identical records.
The target-reaching learner persists changes to six controller gains. The Wikipedia, chess and Browser Lab experiments retain their own documented behavior; this recovery does not turn them into learning systems.
What was checked
The replacement-host handover reports progressing loopback services for all five experiments and a consistent application backup verified through an isolated restore of 2,379 files. The original supplied backups and all five import receipts remain preserved. Public connection checks are a separate step from those local checks.
